Singhye Wangchuk, Project Manager, GPPB Project, Royal Institute of Management
Singhye Wangchuk is a Lecturer at the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) under the Department of Finance and Business. He is the Project Manager assigned on behalf of RIM in the Green Public Procurement in Bhutan (GPP Bhutan) project. In line with the project activities he oversees the capacity enhancement of both public and private sector professionals on Green Public Procurement.
He has been involved in the Institutional Capacity Building Project for the Public and Private sector funded by World Bank and is still conducting procurement training for the public servants as part of capacity building for the civil servants. He is the Country Coordinator for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Exam Centre (CIPS, UK) in Bhutan.
On academic front, he teaches Procurement to the students studying in Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and Diploma in Financial Management. Singhye is also involved in the procurement planning and administration in RIM.
